‘Chealth_it Challenge’ shortly named CHealth, is committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of any personal information which you provide to us.

 

This Privacy Policy describes CHealth’s policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in connection with the services that CHealth provides to you (Services). By accessing the CHealth website, the mobile website or any of the CHealth apps (together, Websites) and providing your information you indicate your acceptance of this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.

 

1. Collection of personal information:

You may provide personal information to CHealth for a variety of reasons, including to receive information, to purchase products, to make a donation to ‘Chealth_it Challenge’, to provide your motivation or personal story to CHealth, to receive information about or become involved in promotions or other initiatives undertaken by CHealth. This personal information may include (without limitation) details such as your name, image, address, mobile number, e-mail address, employer or business, health information or the amount you have donated. If you purchase products or make a donation to ‘Chealth_it Challenge’ you may provide CHealth (currently our payment partner, PayPal)  with credit card details and other information which will allow CHealth (&PayPal Inc.) to process the transaction. CHealth may also request your preferences for receiving further information about the CHealth campaign or outcomes from the funds raised.

 

The choice of how much information you provide to CHealth  is yours and of course if you want to use our Services, make a donation, or otherwise be in the challenge programs and events related to that, CHealth will require certain information from you in order to provide the services or conduct the programs and events. Please Note that CHealth does not store credit card information.

 

2. Content created by CHealth - CHealth owns or licenses from third parties all of the trademarks, copyright and other intellectual property that exists in the Services.  You must not copy or reproduce in any form any of the graphics, logos or other material from our Services unless you have our specific permission.

 

3. Communication preferences:

Where you have agreed to receive emails, CHealth may use your personal information to send you emails (including marketing emails) about the Chealth_ it campaign and the outcomes achieved with the funds raised. You will be provided with an opportunity in each email communication to decline to receive any further communications.

 

4. Content posted by you - Any content that you post to our Services (eg photos, videos and comments) is your responsibility, and you must make sure that you have the necessary rights to post that content (eg by obtaining permission of copyright owners if necessary or by obtaining permission to use personal information of third parties).  By posting any content, you also give CHealth a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free worldwide right to use and reproduce that content.

 

5. Disclosure of Personal Information:

Personal information collected by CHealth may be shared with any company within the CHealth group of companies.

 

We may disclose your personal information to our suppliers or other external third parties for analytics and data analysis (like MailChimp & PayPal), for outsourcing some of the functions and services relating to the purposes for which your personal information may be processed by CHealth and otherwise to enhance our Services.

 

Regardless of where in the world you reside, CHealth may transfer your data outside of your own country, including to Canada and the United States, for processing, including analytics, and storage.  This may result in your data being transferred to a country which has a lower standard of data protection than the country in which you reside.  Wherever your data is transferred, it may be accessed by the courts, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement and national security authorities, according to the laws in the relevant jurisdiction.

 

But, we will NOT sell your personal information to other parties.

 

CHealth’s disclaimer
Our team takes great care with its Services and we endeavor to keep them accurate, error-free, and free of any offensive material.  However, you use the site at your own risk and CHealth will not be liable for any costs or losses you incur through your use of our Services.

Your Participation in all of our Events are by your own choice – You acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and that CHealth will not have any liability in relation to any injury, damage or loss you suffer at our Events, we have tried our best to make the challenge as risk-free as possible, PLEASE take a good care of yourself.

 

Refunds
CHealth is happy to refund your donation if you have made it in error and please just notify us prior to March 30 of the year following the relevant Campaign.  If you wish to request a refund then please contact us using your contact details at Donations@chealth.info .

 

Our Policy towards Children

The Site is not directed to persons under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us at help@chealth.info . We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal identifiable Information, we will delete such information from our files immediately.
Children should enjoy their lives as child, we are here to support them!

 

Changes to this Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason; each version will apply to information collected while it was in place. We will notify you of any material changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on our Site. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
